Every public bin in São Bernardo is fitted with an IoT scale. The bin weighs what each neighbourhood throws away. The cleanest neighbourhood, by kilo per resident, gets the next month's investment in public space: a renovated square, a new playground, paint for a school. The city government answers cleanliness with infrastructure, not with slogans.
